Director of Leadership Recruitment (2014-2022)

Youngest person to lead clergy recruitment for the largest diocese in the Episcopal Church (a liberal, inclusive, but aging denomination). Doubled the pool of applicants and lowered the average age by seven years. 

Learned to research like a monastic, pitch like a preacher, and distill the brand identities of churches that all seem pretty similar. 

Supervised a full-time assistant and trained 70+ committee members.
